Beauty and wellness

You are with a client. Six more are messaging about Saturday.

A salon runs on bookings, but every booking question arrives exactly when your hands are busy with someone else. This is an AI agent that checks the real diary, books the appointment, confirms it, and reminds the client, so the calendar fills itself instead of interrupting you.

“My phone is not in my hand the whole time anymore. The bookings still come in.”

Jenny, Nails by Jenny

Where the day goes

The same six messages, whoever is in the chair.

None of them need a stylist's or therapist's judgement. All of them arrive while you are mid-appointment, and every one is urgent to the person sending it.

Asked constantly

"Do you have anything open this week?"

Asked constantly, mid-appointment, on WhatsApp, Instagram and by phone all at once.

Asked constantly

"How much is a full colour?"

Every client asks before booking, and pricing genuinely differs by length or service combination.

Asked constantly

"Can I move my appointment?"

A reschedule request that needs the real diary checked, not a guess at what is open.

Asked constantly

"I am running late"

Arrives minutes before the slot, with no way to update the next client waiting.

Asked constantly

"Did you get my booking?"

Sent through social media and never confirmed, so the client is not sure it is real.

Asked constantly

"Can you remind me?"

The no-show that could have been prevented by a message the day before.

What it takes off your plate

The whole booking, not just the greeting.

Website Conversion

Answers what a service actually costs and how long it takes, the same way every time, and prompts the booking on the spot.

How long does a full set of lashes take?

A full set takes around 90 minutes and is R650. Would you like to book a slot?

Voice AI

Checks the real diary and books straight in, whether the request comes in on WhatsApp, Instagram or by phone, instead of promising to check and call back.

Any space for a blow-dry tomorrow morning?

Yes, 09:00 and 10:30 are both open tomorrow. Which would you like?

Conversational AI

Sends a reminder ahead of the appointment to cut down on no-shows, and moves an appointment to a new slot without the back and forth of checking availability by hand.

Can we move Friday to Monday?

Monday at 11:00 is open. Shall I move your appointment there?

Reputation Management

Asks a happy client for a review right after their appointment, while it is still front of mind.

[Appointment completed]

Thank you for coming in today. Would you mind leaving us a quick review? It really helps.

Database Reactivation

Offers a freed-up slot to someone waiting the moment a client cancels, instead of it sitting empty.

[Cancellation received]

Your 15:00 slot is now open. I have offered it to the next person on the waitlist.

The part that protects the calendar

What it will never do.

A wrong booking costs you a wasted slot and an unhappy client. The agent is built to check the real diary rather than guess, and to hand over the moment something needs a person's judgement.

It never
  • Books a slot without checking the real diary first
  • Guesses a price for a service it has not been given details on
  • Confirms a specific stylist or therapist without checking their schedule
  • Takes payment details in a chat
  • Cancels a booking without confirming with the client first
  • Promises a specific result from a treatment or colour
It always
  • Books straight into the real calendar
  • Sends a reminder ahead of every appointment
  • Offers alternative times when the first choice is not available
  • Hands over to a person for anything about a technique or a complaint
  • Logs every booking and change, so nothing is only in one person's head
  • Asks for a review only after a completed appointment

What keeps the chairs full

A good appointment should end with a review, not silence.

Most salons only hear from a client when something goes wrong. The agent asks a happy client for a review while the appointment is still fresh, and drafts a reply to whatever comes back.

  • ASK Asks the client for a review right after their appointment
  • DRAFT Drafts a personal reply to what comes in
  • OK You approve before anything goes live
A review reply drafted and sent inside a chat, with the ask, draft and approve flow alongside

Before FloServ I never switched off. Not once.

I run Nails by Jenny myself. So it is bookings, WhatsApp, clients in the chair, and then still trying to be a wife and a mom somewhere in between. I was answering messages at seven at night. The same questions every single day. Do you do gel overlays, how much is a fill, can you fit me in Saturday. And then the cancellations an hour before, or someone just not pitching at all.

Martin set my WhatsApp up so it handles all of that now. The everyday questions, the pricing, and it walks people through booking themselves. He sorted out my booking system too and set up the reminders, and my no-shows have dropped right off.

The thing I actually notice is that my phone is not in my hand the whole time anymore. Clients still get helped. Bookings still come in. My week still fills up. I am just not the one doing every little piece of it.

I still love my business. I just do not live inside it anymore.

Every conversation. One system.

Send us the messages
that keep interrupting your day.

We will show you the agent handling a booking request, on your own service list. No meeting and no slides. If it is not convincing you have lost ten minutes.
